The Sainsbury's Pharmacy chain has been fined $1.6 million for selling prescription drugs on the internet, the government agency has said.
The fine comes as the first time a generic version of Viagra has been introduced to the market.
The practice is known as "cyber shopping", after a pharmacist tells customers to buy Viagra from a website that offers it.
The pharmacy has been found to be operating illegally and has faced several fines since it was fined $1.6 million.

The drug manufacturer, Pfizer, which had its website to sell Viagra has also been accused of selling fake and substandard medicines to the internet.
The pharmacy said its website was set to be operated by a company called MedsSafe.
The company has also been accused of selling 'pharmacy drugs' online and had been fined thousands of pounds for the illegal marketing.
Mr Pranabrindran Thirukka added: "The online pharmacy is selling a product which is counterfeit.
"It has been found to be operating illegally on the internet and could be traced to the online pharmacy.
"The pharmacy has been found to be operating illegally.
"This is a serious criminal offence and we will deal with it as soon as possible.
"The company is committed to providing a safe and secure online pharmacy for all customers."
